At FreshFuel Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at team@freshfuel-co.madethis.app with your order number and reason for the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your request.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale.
